When she asked him to simply narrate what he was doing he looked exasperated and said he couldn't. This review is based on the follow up visit. I had a 10am appt and I arrived at 9:50 and was taken straight back with no wait. The lady who takes you in also takes your temperature using one of those forehead zapper types that everyone is using now, she wore a mask and the place is very Covid compliant. The Dr. came in quickly and I explained how much better I feel after the physical therapy and I now have stretches to do at home that will avoid surgery! That was a huge plus for me as I was thinking I needed to have surgery. He asked me to buy some insoles and he shows me them on Amazon! In the past foot doctors have recommended $400 plus insoles made just for me, that of course insurance does not pay for. I asked if he was a surgeon as well and he told me he is and he had worked at another place in Delray (I think) before starting his own practice. 5 stars, really cares and listens and his assistant is 5 stars as well. Highly recommend.

I arrived 20 minutes before my scheduled time to fill out forms. But Krissy claimed it was because I took 5 minutes past my appointment to hand in the forms, and they had to type them into the system that I was so delayed. Even after I was shown into the exam room, I waited another 10 minutes before I blew my top and left. I was returned my co-pay. First Krissy told me that Dr. Greer was quick and I would get out on time. But later I was told one reason for the delay was that he is so thorough that he takes special attention to each patient. If that's the case, and I hope it is, they should schedule accordingly. I have a job to get to, and I cannot afford to wait an hour before seeing the doctor. PS their website is down so patient forms cannot be completed before the appointment.
