Additionally, Angel came across as arrogant, stating that their "reputation precedes them" and implying that we could have gotten what we wanted if we had used their services differently. That attitude was off-putting and unnecessary. Overall, the experience showed a lack of honesty, professionalism, and respect. If you are not viewed as a high-value client, expect poor communication and dismissive treatment. This was not the level of service we expected or deserved. Everyone knows who you are but you're not telling the truth and lying to your client about being sick who does that? Sounds like you take on more then you can handle or do the minimal to make your commission. You don't care about the people sadly. The karma statement was in very poor taste.
