My LG fridge needed repaired under warranty. This company was assigned the work order and Daniel the technician was assigned to do the work. He was originally supposed to show up for the service call between a 12 and 2 PM window. After 1 o'clock, he notified me stating he did not realize I was farther away from him than he thought. So the job was pushed out to 4 to 6 PM window. I contacted him at 4:45 pm and asked if he was still coming no response. I contacted the company at 4:50 PM and they assured me that he was still coming. Nobody showed up and nobody called. That is until the next day when I called LG and requested a different service company. I understand jobs may not go as you plan and may go later than expected, but come on, at least give a person a phone call and let them know what is going on. There are no excuses to not communicate that to a customer who is waiting for a scheduled repair. Not to mention taking a whole day off work and my fridge still doesn't work. They were hired by the manufacture of my stove to inspect it. Only had it 6 months and tons of problems. Tech dan out said it needed all important parts replaced and he would order the parts. Then they submitted a report to the company saying nothing wrong with it. When I call I find out they are a hole in the wall small company. I was scheduled with Sharper for a kitchenaid warranty for my stove top issue. The wrong parts were ordered because the tech didn't realize the spud orifice's were different(the differencein size was obvious). When he attempted to correct his mistake by reordering parts, one of the parts he thought I might need was supposedly discontinued. Sparper decided to cancel the entire order, even though the orifice's were wrong and needed to be corrected. They closed out the work order which caused problems with the warranty. I spent hours on the phone with kitchenaid, not to mention calling Sparper. Sharper even refused to help me and hung up on me. They never corrected the problem they cause by ordering the wrong parts to begin with. Out of 5 burners, I could only safely use 2. Because of the problems Sharper caused for me and kitchenaid, kitchaid switched companies and sent Lake Appliances out. Lake new exactly what parts to order. The parts came in 2 days and fixed my stove top. This entire process took over 2 months. I wish Lake Appliances came out first. I will never use Sharper. read more

TLDR - 7 appointments, 7 weeks, claimed appliance needed to be scrapped after a no-show. Another company fixed it with no parts in 1 hour. Absolutely miserable experience. dishwasher has a small leak. Whirlpool sent Sharper Service Solutions out to repair under warranty. Tech came out SIX times. each time did some minor tweaking and said it was tested and fixed. Dishwasher then threw the same error code within a few minutes of running. I'd call immediately and they would make me wait at least a week before sending the tech back out. and then the cycle repeated. Eventually, in the afternoon of what was supposed to be the 7th visit (after waiting ANOTHER week), the tech called me to say that the whole dishwasher needed to be rebuilt and that they called Whirlpool to get another company to do the rebuild because they didn't know how to get rid of the parts they'd replace. They promised that whirlpool or another company would reach out promptly to schedule. After radio silence, I called whirlpool and they had no idea what was happening or what the tech was talking about. Another company came out the next week and turns out the dishwasher just needed to be leveled. I would advise even my enemies to stay away from this company, as it very much seemed that they cared more about a "warranty treasure chest" than their customers. read more

Poor service from the technician that was sent. You could tell he did not want to be there helping us in our house. He was rude, not helpful and condescending throughout the visit. When the parts were received and they came back again it was the same experience rude and not helpful. They did the service asked for a signature and did not review what was done or anything. This morning went to wash a load and it still is not working properly and had to call the washer company again. Our Whirlpool Washer was under warranty when I noticed water on the floor after doing large/heavy loads of laundry; it just started happening this week. AIG warranty service sent Mike with Sharper Service Solutions for an appointment the same week. Sharper Service Solutions sent me a follow-up text message confirming my appointment window (between 9am-12noon). The morning of, Mike (the service genius) called me as expected just before 9am and gave me a more accurate window for his arrival (10am-11am). Mike arrived on time, was clean, professional and a wealth of information. He efficiently performed a series of electrical diagnostics and moved on from there. The end result: The drain connected to the washing machine needs to be cleared/snaked. It drains slowly and when washing large loads of laundry it utilizes more water, and the water overwhelms the drain. Water fills the drain, then dumps on the floor. I thought it was leaking from the bottom of the washer. Mystery Solved! Calling a plumber now. I asked for his business card and I'm keeping it on the fridge. If I could give a zero, I would. Terrible communication, terrible scheduling, and the tech was completely rude and hung up on me when I tried to get him to come back later. Apparently he's the only one with a busy schedule and only his schedule matters but he can't communicate in advance. Icalled to ask to speak with a manager to help resolve the issue but accountability isn't a priority as he didn't return my call for more than 6 hours. They want us to block out an entire day, because their driver has no idea what his schedule is three days looks like (it's Tuesday now, and we're supposed to block out and be home ALL of Friday, to wait for the technician to inform us by 9am what two-hour window they'll arrive). All the representative did was bitch about previous serviceman through out the visit. Also tried to blame us for problem with refrigerator (Whirlpool purchased from Home Depot with 5 year warranty) Said my unit was warped from sitting on a unlevel surface ( not true) and not repairable because of customer error. The unit was level and is perfectly aligned (checked with carpenter's level and square). His placing a board under it now causes it to be out of level tilted toward the rear. Even though the previous serviceman checked all that. The problem was the ice-maker which had been replaced by previous serviceman ( not this company), This one would not produce enough ice. Took four days to make one container. Before the previous ice-maker failed we had no problems with the amount of ice produced. The previous serviceman had over 35 years of experience. The replacement unit was just faulty.Called them back twice to fix it and no-show twice. Will be reporting to Home Depot and whirlpool. I have the same refrigerator installed in my rental units and none of them have to be tilted like this and I have no problem with them. Basically this guy could not figure out the problem so he had to blame the customer. This review is only for this service area. read more
