We haven't visited this clinic since the first and last visit. For a new patient innetwork visit they will bill your insurance the MAXIMUM amount by coding it something bs. They tried to bill our insurance $600 for a new patient office visit. We went here for the convenience of being close and supposedly innetwork by Aetna. My retired parents even stopped going to this clinic for the SAME reasons. They would get huge bills back months/years later regarding a simple office visit. Would not recommend at all...

Because I signed on a piece of paper I had a cough and a few other seasonal allergy issues, I was not allowed to see my Dr but was going to be "televised" for a visit. I needed someone to look down my throat and swab if necessary to test for possible irregular cells. It's like no one wants to be a medical professional anymore. I didn't think I would like being in such a big practice, but it is nice to have lab, x-ray and valet parking all under one roof. Her office is in the USMD building in Clearfork, making it convenient to get too and no problems parking or walking far in heat, rain, or cold. It never seems crowded and I rarely have to wait more than a few minutes. The facility is clean and proper procedures are followed. But the best thing is Dr. Kremer's attention to detail, vast knowledge, and caring attitude. I am a retired RN so I think I see things that others might not notice-and I have never been disappointed!
