It looked awful, of course, so my wife brought it to Bill Butler's Headliners to get an estimate. The price was reasonable, so she arranged a day to have it down. He called to confirm the color of the headliner as beige. It sounded right to me, but I was surprised he hadn't confirmed it for himself visually when he had it in front of him. Well, with my memory, it turned out I was thinking of our other vehicle, and the new headliner was a different color than the rest of the interior. But the new headliner was tight and perfectly installed, and it actually went well with the original color, so for a 20-year old vehicle, we were fine with it. We had planned to get a new minivan, but we decided to keep driving the old one. We need to have the headliner of our other vehicle replaced next (darn this relentless Florida heat!), and we will bring it to Butler's. But even though that car is also older (2005) it is the only vehicle we have ever bought that was brand new and we still love it, so if he calls about the color this time, I will be sure to drive it over for him to eyeball for himself! The work itself I know will be of the highest quality.
