The staff I encountered were extremely friendly. You drive through the car wash and when you're done, they have parking spots where you can park your car and vacuum inside. They have spray bottles for cleaning windows and seating surfaces along with microfiber towels. For $30, I felt it was a fantastic value.

One thing I have an issue with at this car wash is that they never have enough cloth towels at the stations. I find myself wandering over to other stations to grab a cloth for cleaning my windows etc. Especially now since it's the spring clean season and time of the year where more people are on the road - I wish they would be more attentive to the stations. Even the cleansers were low yesterday which I did mention to someone and they seem to restock the stations later on. I also asked to have my cigarette lighter checked, and it was the fuse. I had taken my car in to the dealer and for each item checked they charge $206. for each diagnostic, but if you decide to have it repaired; the diagnostic fee is not applied to the repair charge. He's cleaned and wiped off grease and gunk left by other garages, wiped off his greasy handprints (lol because he knows that's a pet peeve of mine on my white jeep) and been there when no one else would work on my car. Sundays? No problem! After business hours? No problem! Scheduling me during a holiday weekend so I can save my vacation days? No problem! If you're taking your business elsewhere, you're simply nuts. And worst of all? You're throwing good money away. My rear main seal requires him to drop my transmission! That's a huge job! Elsewhere it would've cost me just that job alone over $5k! On a jeep? Definitely! You won't find a more honest, down-to-earth, kind-hearted, hard working mechanic anywhere around with such a flexible schedule. Flexibility in other shops are limited but the owner's reluctance to pay their mechanics for working hours outside of their business hours. Erik IS THE BUSINESS OWNER and THE MECHANIC, so he has the flexibility to work WHEN he wants! And often enough, he's kind enough to move those hours around to fit people like me in. Two hours later, Johney showed up with the Tire changed it and I was on my way. We decided I needed two more tires because the other two were not in good shape.
