Great service, was very helpful when my brother got nailed by a guy driving with an expired drivers license, and fake insurance. The car he was driving was totaled, and as such, he was unable to go to and from work independently, and the other driver's lack of coverage could have really screwed up his ability to go to work. I can't say enough about what an incredible agent Sharon Woo is. My only concern with her is that I worry she works too much and too hard!!!! Since I became her client three years ago, I've noticed she responds insanely quickly, even after work hours. She's always advocating for us to have the best deals State Farm offers on coverage, and she makes everything SO quick and easy. I recently had to add business insurance for my therapy practice, and she literally went to downtown San Francisco over the holiday weekend to take pictures of the building for me (apparently a State Farm requirement) so I could get coverage asap. WHO DOES THAT??? Talk about above and beyond. We do our car, home, and now business insurance with her, and I never shop around for better deals etc because I feel a strong loyalty to Sharon for working so hard to help me over the years. This is probably the experience everyone deserves when it comes down to picking the right life policy. Cinthya was very helpful, she explained to me all the different types of policies. Another plus was the refreshments they offer in their office, I was there for a little over an hour but it was just such an easy going environment and she is really passionate about educating us who don't know much about life insurance.
