Months later I came to visit Cincy and we decided to go in for back-to-back sessions as first-timers to share the experience together. Chantell (the owner) is amazing. She managed and maintained the whole place by herself, I don't think she ever sits down for more than 5 seconds. Understandably when I called, it often reached the voicemail instead, but when she was available she immediately returned my calls and she also left a very very detailed voicemail in trying to accommodate our last-minute request. Keep in mind that it was during the holiday break, with the spa closing several days and amidst fully booked dates. You can also text the number instead of leaving voicemail, just FYI. She returned both my voicemail and my text, how's that for thoroughness. I'd rate her customer service 10 out of 10. She was super friendly, professional and her customer service skill is above and beyond. While we weren't able to go in for back-to-back float therapies, she was able to make arrangement so both of us could come in during the same time slot. I did the infra-red sauna and he did the 60-minutes float therapy. When we arrived, the place was just opened and they just restored everything from power outage earlier that morning. Despite the stressful start of her day, Chantell immediately greeted us warmly with a big smile, her energy pulled you in and really made you feel welcomed. She immediately sat us down with a tablet to fill our form. There's a desk where you can help yourself with some tea and chocolates. She gave us a tour of all the services they are offering: cold plunge, float pod, infra-red sauna, meditation room and massages. Wowee.. a one-stop relaxation haven for sure. The cleanliness of the entire establishment was immaculate and every room was well-organized. Though the earlier power outage did seem to cause disruptions that morning, for example the water wasn't hot enough for tea before our session began, and some of the functions (like music and light switch) were experiencing some technical difficulties when he was in his float pod. He also forgot about his neck support (user error) so it took him longer to relax. All in all, he said it was an interesting experience but would recommend going in for the float therapy pre-relaxed first, maybe after a massage. But FYI, it typically takes 20 minutes for your body and mind to relax, so if you want to float, I recommend doing a 60-minutes session. You can float with tight swimsuit/swimpants, or if you're planning to go in your underwear, don't forget to bring spare! My infra-red sauna was amazing. Chantell gave very clear instructions, and she walked me thoroughly how to start the 30-minutes timer, music and how to set the temperature. The light therapy feature was out of order but it didn't really affect my infra-red sauna all that much. The heat felt fantastic. I was sweating like a really good workout. It simulates a great calories-burning cardio workout very well. I was afraid that it would ruin my lash extension but I'm happy to report that it did not. The same with the above mentioned, it took me about 10-15 minutes to quiet the mind and completely turn my brain off and surrender to relaxation. For infra-red sauna, you'd go in nude but they provide towels if you want to partially cover up or wipe off sweat. In every room there's a rain shower, complete with washcloth and towel, plus the body wash, shampoo and conditioner smell sooo good. While I was done with my session, I waited in the waiting room and she made sure to check on me if I needed anything. All-in-all, despite the hectic morning and some minor technical difficulties, I knew Chantell bent over backwards to provide us the best service and to accommodate our last-minute requests, I was very pleased with how we were treated and with my first-time infra-red sauna experience. I wouldn't hesitate recommending this place for sure.

Been wanting to write this review for while now. Can YELP please allow 0 stars in future?!?!…read more Last year I reached out a few times to try to get some rates (it's normal to ask rates before booking - no one wants to make an appt and get locked into one without knowing prices). Especially wanted to know considering this person claims to be the best and her claim was basically, "you only need to come see me once because I am so good that you won't need to come back". When someone say this you assume their prices might be higher than avg. Well, when I received a response regarding booking an appt for my husband, but no answer about rates, I politely asked again. Next response was rude and said, "Excuse me. I am not sure why my rates are such a concern to you when 1) you cannot fill out proper paperwork 2) your not even scheduled I can assure you that it is much less than you charge WITH immediate results that you obviously cannot produce or your husband would not need to be treated by someone else. Pride goeth before the fall. Have a good day ma'am. Michelle Jessop, LMT, Clinical Orthopedic Medical Massage Therapist". This was copied and pasted from the text msg I still have saved. Being a Certified Massage Therapist for years and a long time SUCCESSFUL 5 star business owner in Southern California, imagine my shock at how unprofessional this person was. Not understanding and realizing that I was asking for her to see my husband who was living in Ohio and I still in California due to his job starting and he had to move ahead of me while I stayed to pack things and sell my business. However, still insinuating that I was not capable of helping my husband hahaha Well yes, Michelle, you are correct. I haven't quite figured out yet how to help people over a distance of 2100 miles :-) When you master that perhaps think of teaching a course and I will be happy to take that and pay whatever rate you ask! Needless to say I wouldn't have my husband see her even if she offer a session for free. And judging by her references and ratings I am guessing she has plenty of openings. Customer service is KEY! And when you send messages like this to potential customers merely inquiring about rates, you don't deserve anyone's business. Don't expect people to fill out personal information and officially book an appt if you aren't willing to name your price. You have a great day ma'am ;-)

The location is a weird warehouse, she wore latex gloves and did not use oil. She spent :40 minutes asking questions ("on the clock"). She is convinced footwear determines all body aches & pains. She inappropriately touched a "sensitive area" while wrongly diagnosing a rib "being out". She believes stretching is bad. All of these his while acting like a Christian! She is more of a certified Wackadoodle! Needless to say I'll never be returning. Consider yourself warned!
