While that was not all that relaxing, there was a tv display that was pretty relaxing. The video displayed various natural images such as the ocean, flowers blooming, etc. As far as the benefits of the salt chamber go, I found it to be cleansing. I didn't think I was congested at all, but after being in the chamber my nose was runny. My friend especially, said that it cleared her sinuses. Would probably be a good thing to do if you are sick in the winter time. My friend also did a massage and said, "that was the best massage of my life." Ashley was very attentive to the details that she collected during the assessment process and tailored the session precisely to my needs.
