Look, I don't know why Sally said yes to us this 2nd time around because the first time we used her probably gave her some gray hairs. When we first moved to TX, my financing was delayed and we were about to lose the contract while I was in the middle of Albuquerque moving my family. Sally stepped up her game and kept the house under contract while we waited for the financing to finalize. She even got us into the house as renters in the meantime so we weren't homeless. The buyers of my home got cold feet and pretty much backed out on the day of closing. As you could imagine, we were packed up and ready to close on our new home.
