Her reply was priceless, "I will never remember so you will just have to keep calling!" When I was finally able to get her an appointment we showed up to be greeted by Amy, the rudest person I have ever met at a doctors office! We left and won't be back! This doctor needs to realize his support staff are the face of his office and hiring patient oriented individuals is a must! Don't go here if you care about your aging mom or dads treatment!

Dr. Swamy truly listens to her patients and takes the time to get to know them and to truly be personable. She has given me hope, healing and advice when I was going through a difficult time in my life. She is very encouraging and considers all of your concerns and or suggestions on what you might feel like is going on. A lot of people might not like the wait time in her office when you have an appointment....but she is a busy doctor and you can expect to wait at least an hour sometimes past your scheduled appointment. In my opinion...I would wait 5 hours if I had to just to see her. She is the best! Before even being able to have a consultation with her I had, had a gall bladder attack and before becoming a patient she told me to come in right away and she would see me....I waited maybe 15 minutes and she immediately knew what was wrong with me, after I had been going through this pain for a year with another doctor telling me it was something else. She truly saved my life! I LOVE THIS DOCTOR AND THE OFFICE STAFF!!!!!

Dr. Daros said let's start with your most urgent issues and we will work through them. This was before MDVIP After about a year I was feeling the best I had in over 20 years he did have a lot to fix lol. When he retired his son took over our care. He is also just as equal to the SR. And I have no complaints. I feel he listens, explains and is compassionate. I do not feel the staff is rude as stated in another review. I feel with so many sick callers sometimes they are very busy. They do take time when it is your turn to talk to them. We as patients need to have patients with them as well. I pay for the extra care because I feel I get extra care plan and simple. Health is everything. With MDVIP or without at this office it has always been above average care.
