I called the salon To ask for another toner, they wanted to charge me $50 to come pick up the toner from the salon they found the perfect toner to match what I wanted even asked if I have developer And then when disputing paying $50 for toner and about the price because I didn't initially get what I asked for they said I wasn't a good fit for there salon and that they don't hand out toners but in a Voice message I still have on my phone they told me to come pick up the toner but since I wasn't agreeing Katie was rude disrespectful said she wasn't helping me to never to call the salon again and I couldn't pick up a toner and they didn't offer to fix my hair. This is a family own business that doesn't care about their customers. Katie also told me my hormones changed my hair color as if she knows my body and hair. Everytime I go to a salon my hair always pulls platinum blonde. The problem is Tara didn't leave the blond in my hair long enough to pull and made it so they would make more money by me coming back in to get toners. She told me I wouldn't have to come back until 6 months it's been less then a month. Ladies make sure before you spend you hard worked money you go to honest people that are able to back up their work. They didn't even want to fix my hair told me to never come to their salon again it's crazy how people can take your money and feel good about it when you don't get what you asked for. Professionals who will not put knockoff Hispanic products, and leave in conditioner in your hair for a blowout. Professionals who will not lie to you about said product, hide it from you, and secretly try to flatiron your hair to cover up their whacky work. Professionals who DO NOT turn you away from the mirror to hide what they are doing, and will actually allow you to see what is going on. The stylist even tried convincing me that my hair was just "hard to manage," and mentioned her African girlfriend up the street who handles "hair like mine." Her "girlfriend" would normally charge $150 for blowout in said other establishment. I was clearly, and visually upset by the end of this visit. The owner had the nerve to smile in my face and say," Oh you look so pretty." The stylist who worked on me instructed me to insert my card without even telling me the total amount. $45 dollars. I looked at her in disbelief and asked," Really, for this?" I told her," Look at my hair, look what you've done to it." She couldn't give less of a care, she knocked down the bill by $15 and says," We don't work for free honey." Online they mention that this is a full service salon/ barbershop, and it simply isn't. This is a shady, shameful establishment. I wouldn't trust them with a keratin treatment to repair the damages done.
