Our clients were very specific on their tent location and these three gentlemen were accommodating and patient to help us pin point the location just right!

We rented one from Taylor…read morerentals and As you can guess these machines can be a bit intimidating as they about 2000 pounds and very powerful. We rented the machine and I guess that a true test of service is not when everything goes well but when one has problems. In our case the problem was that the feed intake was slow. The manager, Giorgio, sent a Mechanic out to the field to fix it. The mechanic, Pat, was great and also give me some excellent pointers on the a machine which were very helpful To prevent and resolve jams. They also gave us a replacement to use in the interim which albeit less powerful was a nice gesture. Ultimately we were credited for the time lost and once the machine was repaired it worked wonderfully sucking in very large saplings and small trees in 30 to 60 seconds. Giorgio was very fair and helpful in addressing concerns. By the way if you do rent one of these machines is probably useful to go online Look at YouTube to check out some of the videos to know how to work safe and dress appropriately. They explained this but seeing this can be helpful. Go slow and be safe and use a push stick.

The wedding ended up being indoors at the last minute due to rain and they did everything possible to make it the wedding we wanted. They had half the chairs set up outdoors as requested and did not hesitate to change plans for us on the last minute. When I think a rental company, I don't think customer service but the team at WT ended up being the best vendor we had!
