When I got to the check out, the girl had just walked away from her register to go draw a picture on the window with a marker, so I got the pleasure of waiting for her Arts & Crafts time to get over to be able to pay for my stuff and leave, but I lived through the whole ordeal without a verbal altercation, so still like 100x better than the last time I was there. I do all my printing at the Office Depot and the people are always very helpful and are very customer focused. Obviously the store is under good management- none of this "not my job" or complaining "they work us too hard" .It is refreshing to experience this level of customer service. Today I brought in a computer we had just purchased because I thought the touch screen function wasn't working- but it actually didn't have that function. I had thought we had asked for that at time of purchase but it was my fault for not knowing what I bought. So i thought that I was going to be stuck with a good computer that I wished had that one extra feature I really wanted. Even without whining (me) the salesperson Aaron went to work and without hesitation exchanged the computer for one with the touch screen model. I gladly paid the extra for what I was getting- and I got a great deal both times on each computer. I found Office Depot is very competitive on computers and printers. When I picked it up later in the day the sales clerk apologized for me not getting the correct computer the first time (even though it really was my fault). I would say without a doubt Office Depot exceeded my expectations of what I considered to be outstanding customer service. Office Depot had in the past earned my business- today they solidified my trust in their operation and quality of people they employ.

I drove by CF for years and figured there was no way we, as a small non-profit, could afford the swanky furniture there. In fact, CF has attractive, high-quality products at every price point. Our original 2011 order pre-dates me. When we needed to add more desk configurations, I was happy to learn CF continues to carry the same models we bought a decade earlier. What makes this especially great is that the pieces from 2011 still look brand new! They're built like TANKS! I added a stand-up desk component to my set and you can't tell the old pieces from the new. CF's prices are excellent, and they offer installation at a very reasonable price. Delivery time and installation were quick and uneventful. Quick and uneventful was especially helpful for our third purchase, which was replacement of some items that got damaged unexpectedly. Finally, CF's customer service is top-notch. From selection, to ordering, to delivery and installation, communication is always proactive, informative and thorough. They always follow up to make sure delivery/installation went off without a hitch. You won't get that level of service from a big box store. The furniture sales are final which made me a little leery about buying a mattress, but while looking around, the other furniture was beautiful and I would not hesitate on buying there to get a good deal.
