Unfortunately, my experience at this location was deeply disappointing and concerning. From the start, there were red flags. The appointment took an unusually long time for a straightforward Botox procedure, and there was no doctor or supervising medical professional on site--only injector nurses. I was told to return in two weeks for a follow-up, which is not standard protocol for authentic Botox treatments from Allergan. In all my years of experience, I have never been required to come back for a "follow-up" unless something went wrong or the product used was questionable. *The owner responded that she did not find my name so I edited this review to include my name and validate this review. The name is Gregoria L and the visit was this year in May . Based on the results and the experience, I strongly suspect I was not injected with genuine Botox. When I raised my concerns and asked for a refund, I was met with complete resistance and a flat-out refusal. This was a frustrating and unsettling experience. I do not feel confident that proper or authentic materials were used, and I cannot recommend this place to anyone seeking legitimate, professional cosmetic treatments. The treatment process was awesome and I'd recommend both providers. Two reasons this isn't a five star review, the first being that it's impossible to see the location from the street. Other businesses in the mini mall where Bare is located have signs that are high up and easy to read. I drive by this location all the time and had no idea that it was there. I totally missed it today and had to double back. It's hidden in the corner by the Harbor restaurant. The second reason is that I feel spa visits should be a place where I can relax and not feel pressured. Before I even walked in the door, Bare was trying to up-sell me. They offer packages and financing. I tried the body contouring and they warned me multiple times that I order to see results, I'd need more sessions. It felt like I was at a car dealership trying to buy a new car. If I wanted the special package pricing they offered, I needed to commit today. I was uncomfortable with that level of salesmanship at a spa. It was a lovely facility and the desk staff was friendly. I did enjoy the treatments and providers so I will go back.
