After MANY back and forth conversations and requesting a partial refund, she refused and all that was offered was for her and potentially one other to come back for another 5 hours. One of her people was judgmental and said a few hurtful things while here. You were here already for 7 hours, we no longer wanted you in our home again. Super disappointed as we have used their company for other parts of our house. Garage and basement, they are great at. Anything else, too expensive for the lack of promised services. Hired someone else at a fraction of the cost and in 8 total hours she has already knocked out 3 rooms. 1 single person!!! 3 rooms in 8 hours.
