Patricia expertly and patiently guided us through every hoop and dead end that we encountered, and believe me there were quite a few. There's no way we would have been approved without her help and diligent behind the scenes wizardry. i can absolutely and positively recommend anyone in need of assistance acquiring a mortgage, no matter how challenging your situation, to let Patricia navigate the process. She helped us get our first condo in Kits when it looked pretty dire for us to be approved, and then helped us upgrade to an awesome townhouse just 4 years later. We couldn't be happier with the work that she's done for us. She was a pleasure and a joy every step of the way, and she even got us a better rate than she initially quoted us, on both transactions! We're so grateful to her for helping us get to where we are today. Five Star service all the way!

My husband and I have been renting a lovely condo for the past 7 years on Main Street in Vancouver…read more The condo is the perfect size, the proximity to Olympic Village and Gastown means there is no shortage of excellent restaurants and craft breweries and...( this is the best part) our rent for 900 square feet was only $1900 ( way below market value). We had toyed with the idea of buying but the rent was just too good and it left us with some disposable income to save but also to enjoy dinners out and frequent patio visits for cocktails. We were paying rent but it afforded us a lifestyle that we grew to love. When the pandemic hit we received notice that our landlord was selling the condo. The very first thing I did was look for comparable rentals and quickly discovered that for what we pay we could live in a shack down by the river or we could increase our budget to $3500. The very next call I made was to Brandee. I have known Brandee through her dedication to supporting community through volunteerism, sitting on board of directors and some social interactions. After one call to Brandee she made it feel like those four walls weren't falling down around us. She authentically listened to our concerns about balancing lifestyle and a mortgage and then built various strategies to help us land our dream condo. My husband is very analytical and Brandee created a spreadsheet of affordable comparable financing options for us. I highly recommend everyone call Brandee if they are buying their first home or their 10th home because she is fantastic at finding creative solutions! She has secured us a fantastic mortgage rate and we are paying less than those rentals I was looking at during my pandemic panic! I feel like she is our ally and that the relationship didn't end when we signed on the dotted line! If you want to work with a human who is determined to build strategic and positive solutions you need to call Brandee!

If you are looking for the Best Mortgage Broker in Vancouver, look no further than Trish Pritchard…read more She is an absolute expert mortgage broker and honestly went above and beyond for me. My financing situation was a bit of a complex file as I'm self-employed and was dealing with US funds. I was nervous about securing a great rate. From our very first meeting, Trish was honest and transparent, clearly walking me through all the lending ratios and helping me establish a solid budget. Her dedication is what truly sets her apart. She is incredibly proactive, anticipating all the obscure documentation (like the 90-day fund history) to ensure my mortgage pre-approval was seamless and the final process was completely stress-free. Something else that impressed me is that Trish is a phenomenal negotiator. I felt strongly that she was personally committed to getting me the best mortgage rates and successfully advocated for a fantastic Prime -0.75 rate with an exceptional cash back promo, even matching a competitor's aggressive online offer. That kind of commitment is rare. Whether you're a first-time homebuyer or, like me, someone with a self-employed background, Trish is the dedicated professional you need to have in your corner.
