We can't say enough about how great it was working with Atrina! Atrina knew our first home wasn't going to be out forever home so she made sure we got a lender that not only had a great rate, but also had a low penalty if/when we paid out our mortgage sooner than our term. Buying our first home was stressful, but knowing we had Atrina helped alleviate all the financial worries. Every email or question we had was answered promptly, clearly and concisely, leaving us feeling confident we were in great hands. Fast forward 4 years, with a growing family, it was time to move. There was no question we would ask Atrina to help us again to make sure we got our dream home. We reached out to Atrina several times as we were starting to explore the market. She was so supportive and provided several spreadsheets with all our financial information to help us get a better picture of what we could afford. She answered countless emails back and forth and prepared several pre-approvals files to make sure we were ready when the time finally came. When we decided that a new build was the right move for us, Atrina helped us find a new lender that would allow us to use the equity in our current condo to finance the deposit needed to secure our new home. This meant paying out our current mortgage and re-mortgaging our home. She found us a better interest rate (she had secured it a few months before as rates were raising- thank goodness she did) and made sure to find us a lender that would allow us to port our mortgage to our new property ensuring we would not have to pay another penalty when we moved. Atrina is friendly, kind hearted and professional. She takes the time to get to know her clients and takes a personal interest in ensuring they are able to find the home of their dreams. Atrina was helpful and efficient from start to finish. I would recommend Atrina a million times over! Thank you Atrina for helping make our dreams come true twice! read more

This year I had the pleasure of working with, and learning a great deal from Atrina, at Mortgage by Atrina. Though it had always been a dream of mine - I had never taken the real-estate leap. The knowledge required, and large sum of money that evidently would be transferred from my hands to the hands of another, was something that seemed to be a large hurdle to get over. Real estate was unfamiliar territory to me. Atrina's approach to helping understand all the ins and outs was absolutely above my expectations. She was so thorough, timely, approachable, and most importantly knowledgeable. Atrina helped a new comer grasp the seemingly unattainable in Vancouver. She was with me during the entire buying process, from helping me obtain the lowest mortgage rate possible (working with multiple lenders), to helping withdraw money from all my accounts in a time crunch. Atrina went above and beyond. She helped me find the right fit to all my questions, whether they were relevant or not. She helped me find a wonderful real-estate agent and a Notary that took me through all the legal paperwork. I follow Mortgage by Atrina on Facebook, and continue to learn from her through her informative posts. I will always be thankful for everything Atrina has done for me. I am looking forward to working with her on my next purchase. read more

If you are looking to invest in a new home or investment property and are wondering "Who can I reach out to to help me get financed"?, do yourself a favour and contact Atrina! I was referred to Atrina back in 2020 & had it not been for that introduction, I honestly do not believe that today I would be calling myself a home owner. Atrina has been kind and approachable since day 1. She's always been patient with me, explaining the entire home buying process and what to expect to me hundreds of times (I have a terrible memory). She's very knowledgable and explains things in a way that allow you to really understand. I came to her in 2020 as a naive child knowing nothing about what it takes to buy a home, and Atrina has helped me grow into a much less naive child who now owns a property in Calgary! Atrina - words cannot express the gratitude I feel toward you for the time you've taken to help me over the past 1-2 years. You are an amazing human, you've gone above and beyond in assisting me and I will be talking to you soon about my next property! Sincerely, Thankful read more

I had the pleasure of working with Atrina twice in the last 2 years. She is always ready to go that extra mile and answer all my questions and get us any information we need. She made time to explain each and every silly doubt I had about my mortgage renewal, rates, transfer process etc. And she was very considerate about my busy work schedule and adjusted her meetings accordingly. I have worked with her on my first mortgage and a mortgage transfer, I must say she made this painful process a lot easier for me and she got me the best rates possible both times. I recommend her a thousand times to anybody looking for a mortgage, renewal or transfer. She is so professional and always a pleasure to work with. read more

Wow...is how I will say it in a very short word. Without Atrina I don't know if we would be able to purchase the house we have now. Her service is above and beyond our expectations. Very professional and is always there to answer all your questions and not only that, she'll get back to you ASAP. That's probably what separates her from other brokers. Willing to listen and understand to what you need. Funny thing is, we've never met in person yet it seemed to me that she's just right in front of you. So, would I recommend her to anyone? ABSOLUTELY. You'll never regret. read more

I just bought my first condo and I had absolutely no idea what I was doing or where to being. A few months later I am moving into my very own condo :) I can't stress enough just how helpful Atrina was. Every step of the way, when I had a question she was available to answer it and when I didn't understand something she would explain it for me carefully and in detail. Atrina helped my brother a while ago getting his first place and now she helped me get mine. Atrina was an absolute pleasure to work with when remortgaging so we worked with her again on our purchase. She has excellent customer service skills, an authentic (not "salesy") approach and goes above and beyond to make sure your are supported and satisfied through the stressful time of moving. She thinks outside of the box and ensures you are left with a positive impression. In addition to all of this, she is very responsive (answers calls and emails very quickly) which is key in this real estate market. I highly recommend Atrina and would work with her again! read more

Atrina was an integral part of getting a mortgage in place for our family to be able to settle in a new home. The process was overwhelming at times but Atrina helped to assuage that by being calm, patient, knowledgeable and , above all, professional through the whole venture. Communication was excellent and emails were answered promptly by her, even on weekends, which went a long way into reducing the stress level we felt associated with all the moving parts of purchasing a house. If we are ever in need again Atrina would definitely be a part of our team. read more

I first met Atrina 4 years ago through a friend of mine when I first began thinking of buying a place. I valued his opinion, so when he recommended her as my mortgage broker I listened. I am really glad I listened. Atrina was very patient with me and went above what a mortgage broker would do, getting me very good rates, she provided very helpful advice on managing my finances for my down payment. She made the entire process of buying my first home really stress free. I highly recommend Atrina to anyone considering a mortgage broker. read more

Repeat Client of Atrina: I've worked with Atrina on two successful mortgage closes after receiving a great referral from my brother. Both times Atrina significantly differentiated herself compared to other mortgage brokers/lenders because she: 1) Found the best rate by engaging multiple lenders 2) Explained complicating items in layman's terms Do yourself a favor - make this process smooth, and save yourself a few(or tens of) thousands while you are at it - give Atrina a call. read more
