He had so many upholsteries to choose from and the estimate I received was quite reasonable. Ben even personally came to my house the following day to pick up the sofa and delivered it once it was finished. My sofa is gorgeous and I highly recommend Evco Custom Upholstery. The customer service I experienced was top-notch, the cost was affordable, and their work is pure perfection. Thank you Ben, and everyone at Evco, for a job well done! I couldn't be more pleased.

They had very affordable prices for their furniture, and it felt like great quality. They even had one that you could customize. I decided to purchase a gray sectional from the brand Ashley that was $780. He said he could deliver it the next day and and for free! (we were in Sacramento) He asked us what time we wanted it delivered and we told him between 10am and 11am, which was the earliest. The next day, he arrived during that time and was able to get the furniture into our apartment even though the railing was making it very difficult to get the longer part of it in. He called the manager and between both of them they were able to get it in. It was awesome how they really tried to make it work because he could've just easily said it doesn't fit and returned it to the store. I was super grateful they were able to get it in. I definitely recommend, they were fast, affordable and friendly. If I need any other furniture, I will definitely be going to them first.

When I called to verify, I was told it did not include the chairs, even though the listing clearly stated otherwise. I asked for a manager, but was told none was available and to call back. After calling back multiple times with no answer, the listing was suddenly deleted and relisted for $999. I still have the set in my cart at the original $279 and have screenshots to prove it. Normally I wouldn't be this frustrated, but it's the principle -- I was lied to in order to prevent me from placing the order, which feels very intentional. As a business owner myself, I find this behavior unacceptable and unprofessional. At the very least, they should honor the original listed price and treat customers with honesty and respect.

Thank you, Casa Bella!…read more We live in Reno and were disappointed to find the same standard sofas in every furniture store. I convinced my husband to shop in Sacramento. Armed with a chart of locations, hours of operation, and brands sold, I dragged him to every decent furniture store in Sacramento. Secretly, I was most excited about Casa Bella Gallery because of the pretty name. So I saved it for last to avoid bias. We had basically found the sofa we wanted at Zgallerie. The Ventura. A deep sofa with a less deep chaise. Mounds of pillows AND modular for holiday rearranging. Expensive :( But I was determined to find the best price. Another store had a knock off in only one color choice that just wouldn't work with our house and the accent pillows that came with the sofa would have to be tossed after purchase due to the hideous pattern that cheapened the entire sofa. Then we entered the small urban Casa Bella and saw our sofa. Ok, a Zgallerie knock off that cost $1000 less for cushions with buttons instead of without buttons. And maybe the seat cushions weren't quite as comfortable sitting, but this is a couch for lying down (5ft deep) with down cushions behind you. The co-owner Rhoda explained about the company and said we could choose the color of the sofa and choose the fabric for the three included accent cushions. She showed us fabric samples in different lighting. She helped us determine measurements, fabrics (so very many choices), and configuration. The sofa arrived in about a month to specifications. Rhoda took pictures of the boxes and provided weights so we could plan transportation. Delivery to Reno was not possible, and I wouldn't have wanted to pay for it anyway. Rhoda and her husband offered to open earlier for our convenience on a Sunday. Shane, Rhoda's husband and co-ow and another man helped us load the massive boxes into our truck bed. Safely. And the boxes made it 3hrs down the highway. Customer service, product, and delivery were top notch! You must shop there to experience for yourself!

I found Unlimited Upholestry and when I called the owner, Minh, answered and encouraged me to bring it by so he could take a look. The shop is located on 14th Avenue right between 65th and Power Inn. After taking a look Minh pointed out that my lumbar was broken. I was totally unaware of this but working with cars for years it was common knowledge to him that this is an issue for my model year. Sucks to know I've been driving around like this and didn't know any better. He was able to call my dealership and order the part and will be replacing that along with the upholestry work. The material needed for the repair to the rips in my seat weren't in so Minh told me he'd have to order them. The cost itself was honestly the best I could find in the area. Before researching, I was totally unaware of the costs associated with this kind of stuff. But it's meticulously hard work. Not many people do it and finding someone trustworthy is hard. The owner here, Minh, is one of one. I trust Unlimited Upholestry and you should too. My car is at the shop now so I will post after pics once I get it back.

The store itself is well laid out and stylish. We were immediately greeted by Mike. He was super patient with helping us decide what design and other customization we would like for the couch. Also, other customization options were in the store for us to try out so we could make a truly educated decision to determine whether or not we would purchase the couch. At the time of purchase, Love Sac was offering a 30% discount with an additional 5% discount given to individuals who are in the military, are a teacher, and are a healthcare professional. Furthermore, they had a credit card with 24 months of 0% financing The discount and financing option was helpful, because these couches are not cheap! We received our couch within a week in A LOT of boxes. If you decide to purchase, I recommend watching the YouTube videos that teach you how to open the packages and how to put the couch together. It's easier to watch the videos than try to figure it out for yourself. Total time to put our couch together was about 4 hours. We have had our couch about a month, and are very happy with our purchase. Our dogs are happy too, because now there is room for all of us to sit together.

EXPERIENCE: I walked into this place with my partner to look at a customizable couch. We were welcomed in and shown around the store. We were assisted by Cristian who helped us build out our couch with a block model set. We tested out cushions on their display couch and decided on the firmest cushion which felt like the best option for our needs. We decided on 5 seats (3 storage) and 2 storage ottomans. Then we looked at covers and were told about the different materials that were better and worse for pet owners. We got the charcoal gray with the dog friendly material and two dark wood tables. It took about 2 weeks for our couch to arrive. It came in a lot of boxes. A single box for each seat bottom, side, back, cushion and pillow. Then a box for each table and all of the shoes and links. Oh, and the covers had their own box. The covers where a bit difficult to put on because they were so tight fitting with little to no stretch. Much more difficult than those videos made it seem. Once we finally set up our couch, it looked gorgeous. Then we sat down and wow! I didn't know it was legal to make a couch cushion that firm. It was like sitting on a cushioned bench. And it felt COMPLETELY DIFFERENT than the furthest cushion at the store. This was 2 levels of firmness above that. It literally hurt my partner's back when she say on it longer than 20 minutes. Then we tried the corner storage seat knowing it would be the most difficult to reach. After removing both very large couch backing pillows and placing them aside (which which is absolutely necessary in order to even get to the cushion top) you have to then remove the couch cushion. You can try to tilt it, but it'll just slide into the storage unit itself. Once you've retrieved your stored item, you then must slide the cushion back on top of the storage bottom which had to be the most difficult part of the process if you can believe that. But they don't just lie down into their fitting. My girlfriend is 5'2" and she can barely lift the seat off let alone adjust it to seat properly. I'm 6'4"and even I struggled to place it properly. Accessing the storage unit shouldn't feel like deconstruction and reconstructing hair of the couch and shouldn't take 3 to 5 minutes to accomplish. So of course we want to trade out the storage seats and the firm cushions for something softer which we were told was incredibly easy. But this is a lie. First, we called the number for an exchange. They told us to package up the couch as we received it, then ship it to them via FedEx, then it'll be 2 weeks without the pieces, oh and $150 MORE PER SEAT!! That's when we decided right there in the phone that we'll not exchange anything and we'll send it all back. She said she could sent us some boxes of we were in need of some and just package everything as stated before and once they receive the pieces, then we can get our complete refund.
