She then wrapped me in nail polish remover for 15 minutes (no filing), attempted to scrape off the top layer, and then went on to blame my polish for the lack of ease of removal. Her "boss" came in who then attempted to speak down to me, saying OPI was REALLY hard to remove (it's not). She took out the electric file, which was dead. And then took a nail file to my nails with a half assed attempt at salvaging-- it was so clear they had NO IDEA what they were doing, zero clue on nail care or treatment, and kept speaking down to me as if my polish was the problem. After looking at my destroyed nails, I left. I cannot believe their complete lack of professionalism or qualifications- head ANYWHERE else but here.
