The "nail tech" who clearly has never done a manicure began by sitting through expired polish, explaining that it was the end of the year ans sonw of the polish gets goopy. She then wrapped me in nail polish remover for 15 minutes (no filing), attempted to scrape off the top layer, and then went on to blame my polish for the lack of ease of removal. Her "boss" came in who then attempted to speak down to me, saying OPI was REALLY hard to remove (it's not). She took out the electric file, which was dead. And then took a nail file to my nails with a half assed attempt at salvaging-- it was so clear they had NO IDEA what they were doing, zero clue on nail care or treatment, and kept speaking down to me as if my polish was the problem. After looking at my destroyed nails, I left. I cannot believe their complete lack of professionalism or qualifications- head ANYWHERE else but here.

I brought my bike into Gerick Cycle and after a brief explanation and demonstration to one of the mechanics, I left to see the town. I'm happy to say that Gerick's completed the repair on-the-spot and for a very reasonable cost. I highly recommend them.
