The day of the installation, while the installers were unloading the new carpet and pad, we discovered that the installers had brought the wrong pad. We showed our agreement to Jorge, the man in charge of the installation. He acknowledged the error and went back to the store for the correct pad. All went well after that. I ended up using Tucson Carpet Repair for that and they did a great job; so far. 2. They assured us that the carpet we chose was perfect for a family of 5 with two dogs. But within two years it was worn down excessively in the high traffic areas.
