It's always the same lady older, hair is always a mess, no gloves...she enforces a rule about not being able to make food but doesn't follow clear rules for when preparing food.... Was told at 3 pm I couldn't get food before an also another time that I couldn't get food because the kitchen closes at 9.... IT WAS 7:50!!! What a joke an everytime she blames it on the business or the "rules" "they" have because she will tell you they aren't her rules it's the company... again what a joke just say your lazy an don't wanna do your job if you guys don't care that she's breaking a lot of health code violations while preparing food I would at least care about the fact she's costing you guys so much money!!!! Inside was just as busy, it felt like it was the place to be at that moment in this town. There were people everywhere. Mostly they were standing around the area where you pick up your MTO. And none of them would move. I understand you want your MTO, but be courteous of the other customers in here. It took forever to get through the line at the register. So much indecisiveness from the customers. And they are unapologetic about it. The staff appeared to have a deadness in their eyes. Like they knew exactly what was about to happen because to them, it's Groundhog Day. Same people, same actions. Thought I would have a speedy getaway once I finished inside, but I was wrong. She even called me on the truck to ask how many packs. Apparently he initially grabbed 3 packs. My wife told him 2. He took one back and said he dee we deleted it. My wife came out staring at her receipt which clearly showed 3 packs. She goes back in and tells her she is wrong. She comes back out. Recalculate it again on my phone and we were charged. I go in and tell him to calculate it himself, he has trouble with that so I have my wife bring everything back in. When he realizes he was wrong he tries, unsuccessfully to ring a pack up twice. Once he realizes that he wasn't going to get away with it, he throws a third pack in the bag and doesn't say anything. He then says there you are. He then accuses me of this because he is a N word. It is always well maintained, good (standard) layout, offers the range of vaccinations offered in the other CVS stores. CVS corporate has now ride their stores of tobacco products.
