Before we even made the move, Ashton spent time on the phone helping us narrow down neighborhoods and align our search with our top priorities. When it came to viewing homes, she was direct, honest, and incredibly knowledgeable. Coming from the Northeast, we were totally unfamiliar with local structural nuances like stucco exteriors, but Ashton proactively pointed out exactly what to look for. Her expertise didn't stop at finding the house, either--she connected us with fantastic local vendors, including a great mortgage broker, cleaners, electricians, and engineers for a retaining wall project. Her guidance on crafting a competitive offer got us the home we loved, and the entire paperwork and closing process was seamless and efficient. We were genuinely amazed at how effortless buying a home from 1,000 miles away could be. If you are relocating or buying locally, you could not ask for a better advocate than Ashton!"

Great attention to detail (quickly learned my desired styles and found multiple gems) and thorough+concise in his explanations, which is especially helpful for someone going through the process for the first time. It's easy to see that he is sincere about wanting something for his clients that he can legitimately get behind. Never put any pressure on me, while still voicing caution points & other things to take into consideration. He spent a LOT of time on showings for me and consistently followed up with any houses of interest to let me know of possible negotiations or other insights from the agent. In a nutshell, I felt that I was in VERY good hands with a communicative, patient, and highly skilled realtor who went out of their way multiple times to listen to me and to go the extra mile. I enthusiastically recommend him.

She has a lot of great reviews, and I do not mean to detract from that. I wish her the best, but at the same time, I thought that, in all fairness, I need to tell of my experience. My own take is that she was usually a step slower than others to respond. And while everyone else went to look at the condo before getting back to me, she didn't. Both of these may be on account of the fact that she holds down a different day job. Perhaps she has an assistant or two at her disposal, but I'm skeptical that she would be able to provide the attention that I would have needed. On top of all that, she was constantly engaged with our lender, helping to keep the whole process moving, so our closing schedule stayed right on track despite numerous hurdles. I would definitely recommend her to anyone, and we'll definitely be contacting her if and when we ever need to move again.
