High praise to him for attention to detail and commitment to quality. The project took a little longer than we had expected (8 hours vs 3-4) as it was just a two person crew but based on how we priced it (labor + material) there was no issue. Sharing this more for awareness as he's more of a small business starting out than a crew with a branded truck ready to complete and leave. Very nice team will work with them again and very glad he supports many trades!

They failed to do a good job with the texture, the rock patch wasn't good and they didn't mud or texture appropriately. Also there are vertical slices (gullies?) On a portion of the job. I had to call him back to patch an old dryer vent hole in the rear entry (as requested initially) and to try to make good on the lousy job by the window. They also failed to protect the stairway entry and I had to clean up a lot of overspray. To their credit, they were prompt in fitting us in and he did take $100 off the job. My recommendation? Think way ahead as the good rockers in Klamath are booked.
