The staff were super friendly, and quite chatty, and the beer selection was absolutely amazing. The stand out dishes on our table would have easily been the bao buns (served DIY style with the buns, crispy pork, bean shoots and coriander deconstructed for you to mix as you please, along with hoisin sauce), the vegetable spring rolls (quite large, served with greens to add on top to your liking) and sand mullet (served whole to your table to carve - be careful of the bones). We finished out the evening sitting outside, drinking espresso martinis and enjoying the warm summers night. A great experience.

It fact it ws really worth the hike that I made to get here, namely because when I arrived I was literally blown away as to how awesome the pub was. It really does have a true bush feel about it, and in fact it has a real historical charm to it as well, namely because it is one of those old style wooden pubs. Oh, and the beer selection is amazing, though unfortunately they really don't have anything on tap. Still, it is definitely a pub worth checking out.

Here, the good quality steak is cooked on a hot rock. They sear the edges, and serve to you to let you cook it as long or as short as you want (unless you asked them to cook it for you). The taste is amazing, like no other steak I've had. This cooking process really seals in the flavours like no other steak I've had (yes I've had 9+ Wagyu with a 3 digit price tag in Crown Melbourne.
