When I asked them to produce a signed membership contract (which they dont do contracts which makes it illegal to charge a card without a contract) they said "it was written on the reciept" which once again not a contract. Then they would not refund me and told me to call their head office in Bowling Green which would never return my calls or would keep transfering me around their offices. I finally had my bank challenge the purchase and got my way overpriced money back. Avoid!

I was told…read morearound a bunch of other customers that my car was filthy and it was vacuumed and cleaned by me maybe two weeks ago. I just bought the car and wanted to clean it up due to it not being clean when I got it so I had done it previously due to that. She lied and said it took multiple people to clean it when I sat and watched one worker do it. Took 15 minutes for the wash wait for wash and the vacuum and cleaning on the inside. I also had arrived at 3:34pm which was less then 30 minutes before they closed and was not the last person either. Came back to have them clean the dash consoles and door jams. Which was when the owner came out to state what she said in front of other customer. Left a review on google also which they then acted like they spent so much time on my vehicle which was in total 20 minutes including the time I came back for them to still not do what i stated wasn't done. I also have a Chrysler Pacifica which is a van. Anyone knows when you vacuum a van it takes up to 10 minutes when you do it on your own.

The employees are always friendly and patient if you have any questions. I love the way the employees apply so much soap to the vehicle before you enter and direct you on the track for no worry of confusion or error. We receive free unlimited car washes through a company, and my truck never gets as clean as it does here! No unnecessary damage is done in the process of the automatic process of my truck being cleaned, and I appreciate the free vacuums after you exit the wash so much!! That's one of the top perks, so you're not eating away at quarters and rushing. That alone makes it worth it! That also allows you to let your vehicle dry while you clean it out, and you have time to make any other personal applications like I do, if you go them.
