All within a minute drive you have easy access to groceries, gas, takeout food, etc. Amenities are wonderful with balconies, granite countertops, new stainless steel appliances, dishwashers, plus individual heat and A/C where the staff will routinely change the air filter. Garbage disposal was overlooked as a kitchen amenity, but we make do. There's a fitness center, community room on the back of the building with full kitchen, large back community patio and rooftop terrace for your use any time you'd like. Back patio and rooftop have gas grills. Included underground parking is a major plus for the winter. If you need more parking spots, there are plenty outside and we've never had a problem. Completely agree with other reviewers about the staff -- Sheila, Kevin and Dani are friendly, personable and super responsive to any needs we have. We'll eventually move out to a home one day but this place is great!

When we went to move in our leasing agent didn't show up and we were left all day with movers and…read morerental trucks and no one was there sitting outside while it snowed. At 6pm at night we finally got ahold of corporate and they got us into a room, but we got stuck with all the extra costs. The leasing agent didn't even apologize, she just said she was busy and gave us $250 off our next months rent(which is half of what we payed for the movers to come back a second time) Then someone water broke above an apartment and flooded two floors down the emergency line wasn't working so we had to call the police. (Luckily it wasn't our room) again the leasing agent told them they had to stay in another room and sign a new lease to live in that new room. (Because their apartment was flooded) When the tenants threatened legal action they finally allowed them to move out. They fired the leasing agent after that- While I wasn't home my apartments dishwasher broke and flooded. Luckily it was caught pretty quick, but it took three weeks to get everything fixed. I had no running water and so I couldn't live there, the floor was sucked and fans were on constantly. The apartment community didn't do anything to make me whole and I had to live at a friends house while I waited. The community is very dirty the locks on the doors to get into the building are always broken, there have been homeless people just walking the halls and they don't care about their residents and they will take advantage of you. I wish I wouldn't have ever signed the lease.

She then weaponized the police threatening to call them if my husband and the buyer for said couch didn't leave. She offered only.100$ gift card. In place of the storage fees disposal fees and the trashed couch which when calculated amounted to about over 1200$ She took our entire deposit violated our contract. And lied till the very end. Kiirsten is by far the WORST manager I've ever had the misfortune to come in contact with. And has now removed 2 of my reviews to hide this truth from public eyes. I have a right to express my experience here and if I have anyone saying this is defamation I have call recording that would prove my story is true. We have receipts proving this is true. She destroys private property, rudely talks to tenants, weaponizes the police, violates legal binding contracts. And will TAKE any deposit money She can when you want to move away​

This is a senior apartment building. I need to make plans regarding where and when I will be living in the near future. If there are no vacancies or the waiting list is closed it would be nice to know that as well.
