Here are the reason's I did not like…read moreRoyal. #1 main sign soiled sign has never been cleaned or repainted (if you want to get an idea of how clean the inside of building is just drive past the outside) *message me for photo #2 laundry room (no coin machine, washing machine on left always jams and right machine never drains right, right dryer doesn't dry clothes all the way even when lint trap cleaned) *message me for video proof #3 building manager has dog (no dogs allowed as per lease) dog barks at people in hallway or if you knock to ask manager for assistance #4 no smoking building but I still see resident smoking out her window from time to time (the managment company was a month late with enforcement of smoking policy) #5 the list of things that you are not allowed to do is unrealistic (read their sign outside the building) #6 building owners you will never see they are always out of town, gone, busy, ect. Care-factor 0 when it comes to their tenants. #7 there was a drunk woman that tried to get into several of our neighbors apartments at 2am she eventually fell asleep in the hall *message me for video proof #8 I have seen police here in our apartment building more than once #9 no outside bike racks and bikes are not allowed (read their sign outside the building) #10 no building security cameras (one of our packages after being delivered to our door while we were at work was stolen) #11 interior of building in the common areas is never cleaned (apts normally have regular cleanings done once per week, per month or quarterly not @ royal) *message me for photo #12 cars in parking lot from guest of tenants never towed despite warning letters from landlord (i had to park in street multiple times during the winter because of this and got a ticket from city for parking in street after 2am) #13 local vfw is close enough where you can hear drunk people yelling and fighting in the early AM during busy events (you can see the VFW parking lot from our tenant parking lot) #14 the building manager would show our apartment with very little notice the first time it was 4 hours notice the second time it was 5. #15 One key for a couple is very inconsiderate. Asked for 2nd key never got it. I am lucky I was one of the few who had the financial resources to get out of there. I did not have a good experience with Royal Apartments. Find another apartment just don't sign a lease here.

Rent varies. Not wheelchair accessible. 18 units, on-site manager. Single Bedroom and studio apartments available in this complex. Building features include on-sight parking lot with street parking available (winter road parking restrictions apply on this road) Garbage, as well as 2-sort recycling program, heat and water included in rent. A/C wall units in all apartments. Secure entry, as well as one-key access for both entry and apartment key. Shared laundry room features 2 washers and dryers along with folding counter. $1 wash, $1 dry (the laundromat is more expensive next door, but is convenient for bill exchange) Cable/Internet -ready (most, if not all units). Mediacom is next door to the complex, and service here is fast, with minimal interruption of service. Kitchen and bathrooms smaller in the one-bedroom units, compared to the studio units. Carpeted in all rooms except kitchen/bath. Cat(s) allowed, (last I heard max was 1, plus additional pet deposit)

We used the Move Crew for a move from St. Cloud MN to Minneapolis MN. They called as scheduled to…read morecheck in and give us an ETA. When they arrived they took a quick look at amount of items and then got to work usually taking 2-3 boxes per trip to truck. They wrapped items in blankets then plastic wrap to keep safe or just plastic to keep drawers in place. They even moved and loaded all the extra random items like packages of toilet paper and a bag of canned food. At the new place they laid down rugs and plastic to protect the floor as they moved items in. They made sure furniture was placed in the area we wanted and even helped adjust as needed. Overall a job well done and it ended up being on the lower side of the estimate.
