We met in person during one of our visits, where we talked about our needs and expectations. Clint spent the time to get to know us, and not only gave us some good advice and options for our mortgage, but he also talked about some great Portland neighborhoods to look at - he knew Portland better than the agent we were working with. Once we found a home, Clint was there every step of the way. While he prefers meeting in person, he's flexible and able to move things along electronically. This was incredibly helpful as we were not only buying a home, but starting new jobs. Clint's response time to any questions was always near real-time through secure email or text messages. The entire process went smoothly, and we got exactly the type of mortgage and rates we wanted. Once we moved into our new home, Clint was the first to visit and welcome us to the neighborhood! You couldn't ask for a better combination of knowledge, service, and personal care.

Clint was so patient with me and fielded all of my questions like a complete professional and was very respectful. 2. Clint is a relationship guy and it shows. He was extremely diligent in his follow up early on and even post close. He was always in touch with my agent and knew where I was at each stage in the looking, buying, and post close process. 3. Details. Over a month after close, he calls just to make sure I have my first payment set up ok and seeing if I need help! Come on! 4. Clint was a solid partner in finding me the lowest rate possible, which at the end of the day was extremely important. I'll be knocking on Clint's door when I purchase my next home.

Jason took the time to come and sit at our dining room table and really analyze our needs and help us understand our current coverage. Only when he knew he could give us better coverage for the same price did he suggest making a change. Since then we have added a family van and a motorcycle to our policy. It couldn't have been any easier to get those changes made. One phone call to Jason and it was sorted. It was the same when we had a windshield crack on the new van.
