After collecting an order and returning home, we realised an item was missing from the order, rand up and one of the lads was round within 5 minutes dropping it off. Tremendous customer service !! Friday/Saturday nights obviously get very busy and delivery can take upto 2 hours so my advice is to either order early or drive and collect where it's usually ready within 30 minutes.

The food is great (try their Chingri Jhol or their Murg Charga if you like something a little bit hotter than usual), the service efficient (rather than friendly, perhaps) and the prices are very reasonable. I like the fact that you can see the food being prepared when you pick up your meal -- it gives you confidence there's nothing untoward going on. All in all, top nosh -- and good value too.

For those of us in the know, 'rice and three' is about as clear a business name as you can get for a curry café! The pricing here is 3.50-5.30GBP depending on whether all or none of your three chosen curries are vegetarian. Rice was A-OK, as was the fresh tandoor chapati. And I'm starting to realise the importance of serving fresh chapati or naan on a basket rather than a plate - put a slice of fresh toast on a plate to see how one soggy the downside becomes and you will get my point! As a Muslim-owned place, vegetarian choices on the bain marie are as usual playing second fiddle to the 'main dishes'. However, red kidney beans were one choice when I visited, with my other two choices being channa and spinach (from tinned spinach). There was also a potato curry, and I see online references to a Friday aubergine curry. All of what I had was OK, but I continue to feel various gripes with curry café offerings - not enough vegetarian choice, generic sauces as opposed to a feeling of the component fresh ingredients shining through, and heartburn for the rest of the afternoon from the chili powder. However, this is a tight ship as curry cafés go. It seems to be a lively Arab hangout for everyone from young dating couples to grandparents. It's clean, including plenty of toilets (each with lota!) upstairs. Maybe I will go back on a Friday for aubergine curry. I am happy to say that I run 2 very successful businesses and was looking for a new place for business meetings, this dump will NOT be getting of my future business!

Don't get me wrong the food here is fantastic and tasty however the staff need to learn to smile, ok so they maybe overrun sometimes especially on the mid week deals however this is there own fault if short staffed so they should be a lot politer to there customers, Its not just the once this has happened with poor service but I've been four times now over the years and each time it's been the same! I've even got to the end off my main meal , that's popudoms, a starter and a main meal , before the drinks we ordered on arrival were delivered! And when asking why our drinks were taking so long at the end of our starter we were harshly told we only have one pair of hands :/ I for one was really annoyed by this.

The food was dry and had obviously been on the serving plate for hours, I was charged £2 for a pint of flat Coca Cola out of the bottle, not from draft, and the selection of food was mislabelled and not particularly varied. The staff were very pleasant, but stayed at the table chatting to us whilst we were trying to eat. Leena redeemed themselves somewhat by bringing us fresh rice and naan. The fresh food was great. After I had finished, we were offered fresh curry, but it was a little too late as I was already full. Had the food not been dry and old I would have rated much higher. I will visit Leena again during the daytime and review again when they're at their best. After the recommendations I've had in the past, I can only assume that my experience at Leena was them at their very worst.
