Sana checked in with us multiple times, helped us fine-tune our timeline, and asked a bunch of helpful questions that I wouldn't have even thought of on my own. It really felt like she cared about making everything perfect. Sana showed up early, got to know our vendors and wedding party, and just totally took over in the best way. I didn't have to answer a single question or stress about anything. Everything flowed so smoothly -- the ceremony, the reception, speeches, dances, everything -- and she kept us right on schedule without making it feel rushed or too structured. There were a few small things that went wrong (as always happens on a wedding day), and I didn't even know about them until later because Lux Moments handled everything behind the scenes like a pro. Some standout things they did: Kept all the vendors in sync so we didn't have to worry about a thing Made sure the bridal party was where they needed to be at all times Made our guests feel welcomed and helped with questions/seating/etc. Sana is so kind, calm, and genuine. It felt like having an extra friend who happened to be super organized and knew exactly what they were doing. If you're debating whether or not you need a day-of coordinator: YOU DO. The rest of my party walked empty handed and I didn't like how it looked. - she also asked for hotel rooms the week of the wedding which was never brought up until then and not in the contract. When it's the week of the wedding you have no choice and I didn't appreciate being put in that situation so last minute on top of other stress. She felt terrible and compensated us but as I look back on my photos months later it always makes me feel so sad that they're missing. Liz is nice but it was a BIG miss on my wedding day and I wouldn't recommend this business.

We came across Kundan Events at Shaadi Showcase. Our initial wedding date was in April 2020. In March 2020, covid restrictions began and we had to rethink our plans. We postponed it to August 2020. By June, we saw the case numbers rising and decided to cancel our wedding altogether since it would be irresponsible for 2 healthcare workers to hold a 250 person wedding. We would be endangering all of our guests who would be traveling and our own grandparents. We decided to do what was morally right. We spoke with Angad who told us the deposit of 1850 was nonrefundable, but they would be willing to return half. They later said they would not return the half of the deposit for at least 1 year and there was no guarantee given to us. Our other vendors returned the deposits understanding the pandemic is difficult to predict and there was no way to tell when we would be able to safely get married. Kundan events added salt to our wound during this difficult time. They were completely apathetic towards the fact that our long term plans had been ruined. In the end, they told us they would not be returning any of the deposit and even demanded the rest of the payment for the wedding. We have never encountered a company that was so unprofessional, uncaring and unempathetic in the way they conduct themselves. Their contract is hostile towards unsuspecting clients and we urge you not to take this risk. Nobody deserves to be treated this way, and we are simply trying to warn others, since we will not be getting back any of our money .
