He really saved my life two years ago, three trips to the emergency rooms couldn't get an appointment. It was during the holiday holidays Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Nobody believed it was urgent. Dr. Jayaraman believed me when nobody else seemed to and referred me to the hospital emergency room to be admitted so that I can have a colonoscopy what they found was severe ulcerative colitis and the was a days from surgery. I was in so much pain and bleeding that I had to have two blood transfusions and was in the hospital over Christmas for two weeks, but he took care of me through the process and I'm so thankful that the Lord placed him in my path fast forward a year and a half later on biologic I thought I was doing good with another test of colonoscopy. He didn't think I should only be at 50% so he changed my medication and I'm like almost 100% so much better and he never gave up on me. He followed through with updated recommendations and check ups he cared, and it made all the difference in the world. God bless him. I am so thankful.

They called me to do my 3 year follow up. I explained I had weird insurance and had to call them first. I called them back to confirm pricing, which was provided prior, but I have to pay out of pocket so I wanted to be sure. After my 3rd time calling back, I received 3 different prices and on my third call was told I was now a new patient and had to pay over $35 more for the office visit and higher prices for everything else they already gave me pricing on. I had 2 weeks from the time they called me to schedule my follow up until the time I called back and now I'm a new patient?? The most ridiculous service ever. You do get a consultation with him, then the colonoscopy appointment is usually 2-3 months out from then. He is very personable, he allows time for questions, but you can tell he is on a schedule. But if you come prepared with your questions- they will be answered. Consultation is in the upstairs office. When you show up for the actual test, the office to check-in is downstairs. Easy check in & the whole process is quick. The one thing that is difficult is trying to call the office to schedule or re-schedule or if you have ANY questions. There seems to be a problem with attending their phones. But I use the patient portal & that seems to work.
