Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I scheduled two phone consultations. The first was rescheduled at the last minute, which I understood and was willing to accommodate. However, the second consultation was missed entirely, and I never received a call or any notice explaining the absence. As a business owner, my time is valuable. I blocked off part of my schedule specifically for these consultations and was expecting a call. While I understand that things can come up, clear communication and respect for a client's time are important, especially when someone is seeking legal guidance. Also you sometimes think you're gonna have one lawyer but it's pawned off to someone else who doesn't know much about the case. Sue was different, she was great at mediating the small stuff to save us money and time going through trial. Unfortunately the other party was not satisfied and took us back to family court to modify custody and get a move away order out of state. This case took 2 years (give or take). She kept us informed, charged a fair and reasonable rate, and most importantly we were not treated as a number, but as human beings.
