We have a great dane/bull mastiff mix and we dreading leaving her stuffed in a kennel all weekend. They have lots of fenced in land and take the dogs out and let them run around while they supervise them. They also have a little house for the dogs in their backyard, with AC/heat, for the dogs to hang out in. They take in your dog like it is their own for the weekend. We have used Sammy's twice now and both times we come back to pick up our pup she is so happy and hanging out inside of their home. We drive 45 minutes out of our way to use Sammy's for our dog boarding and it's so worth it! You won't find anywhere better and you definitely can't beat the prices! Would highly recommend them to anyone.

This was actually a cute and cozy room with a TV and music playing as opposed to a kennel. I liked that the room felt very private and they even had a privacy curtain for the door. The noise level in the facility when I toured the place was a lot quieter than other facilities which I also liked. It really felt more like a resort than a boarding facility. I also really appreciated all of the daily pictures that they posted on their facebook page to let me know that my babies were ok. The day after their stay, we took them to the dog park and my youngest baby had clearly gained so much confidence around other dogs. She had been a little stand-offish around other dogs but now she runs around freely and at ease.

When we called back at 6:05pm (10 mins later) they had closed for the day, so we left a message to be called back. The next morning they did not call, so I called them back to ask what happened to our reservation. They said "I'm sorry but we're just completely booked" an then they HUNG UP ON ME. I couldn't believe it, so I immediately called back, but they did not answer my calls. This was a holiday weekend and no other kennels had space so it forced us to cancel our vacation plans on the day we were to leave. I will not trust them again.
