This was actually a cute and cozy room with a TV and music playing as opposed to a kennel. I liked that the room felt very private and they even had a privacy curtain for the door. The noise level in the facility when I toured the place was a lot quieter than other facilities which I also liked. It really felt more like a resort than a boarding facility. I also really appreciated all of the daily pictures that they posted on their facebook page to let me know that my babies were ok. The day after their stay, we took them to the dog park and my youngest baby had clearly gained so much confidence around other dogs. She had been a little stand-offish around other dogs but now she runs around freely and at ease.

The next morning they did not call, so I called them back to ask what happened to our reservation. They said "I'm sorry but we're just completely booked" an then they HUNG UP ON ME. I couldn't believe it, so I immediately called back, but they did not answer my calls. This was a holiday weekend and no other kennels had space so it forced us to cancel our vacation plans on the day we were to leave. I will not trust them again.
