My only complaint is not having a washer and dryer in the unit. I lived on the thrid floor and lugging a basket of laundry up and down the stairs got old. I would have extended my lease if I could have had a washer and dryer. :/

There was room to walk and let our dogs run. Pets do need to be on a leash inside the apartment complex, but we took our dogs for a walk and let them run in the fields next door. Maintenance staff was always fast to respond to notifications. Move in and move out process was painless. The apartment complex was a walking distance away from the baseball field which was a plus. Depending on where you were located in the apartment complex you could enjoy fireworks from the field right on your patio.

Then, I found out there had been numerous mistakes in the processing. After speaking to the leasing office, they agreed to refund me immediately for the inconvenience, then proceeded to mail the refund to the wrong address and did not respond to subsequent emails. I had no choice but to file a dispute with my bank, wasting even more of my time. I am very unhappy with this firm. There are much better options in Omaha. Skip this one!

We moved into a clean, functioning unit. Whenever we needed maintenance, from big things to small, Jerry was there in a heartbeat to fix it correctly and quickly. One time, I stopped in the office and mentioned some small things to Jordan who had Jerry in and out of my apartment within 2 hours! It was awesome! My girlfriend and I are an open same-sex couple and have never experienced any negativity from our neighbors, community members, or staff. We feel safe and accepted. Our neighbors are kind and courteous! We enjoy meeting them outside and getting to know them. Our hallways are clean and maintained well. We have two cars and have never had any trouble parking within a reasonable distance! Parking lots are clean and the dumpsters are never overflowing. Common areas are very clean and welcoming! Recently there have been some trouble with people not picking up after their pets, but the property is working hard to resolve this issue. The first year we lived here, there were no problems! This shows that a clean environment is possible if everyone does their part, so simply do your part and trust the people who don't will be fined. All in all, we love it here and hope you will too! They bumped that up to 50 dollars without telling me. They are charging me a bullshit pest control charge every month and not once has any pest control company entered my apartment since I've lived here. My internet charge also increased without notice. Initially, I was given the wrong information entirely by leasing agent Michelle and wasn't told that a doctor's note was required for the transfer. After hearing nothing for months, I called today only to be told by a leasing agent that I'm still not even on the transfer list because they "didn't have a doctor's note." Different leasing agent, Hailey. When I pointed out that I already provided it months ago, the excuse shifted to "we've been busy, so that's the delay." Seven months is not a delay due to being busy; it is a complete lack of organization and disregard for residents. It's infuriating because this management company would be incredibly quick to take action if a tenant broke a rule or was late on rent. Yet, when a responsible resident needs assistance and follows all their procedures, they drop the ball completely. Unacceptable customer service.
