Probably why they took so incredibly long to dig a 1x1x40' trench, lay landscape fabric, and clear grass from two 3x15' beds. 44 hours and $2000+ ?!!!!! They were pleasant. I fired them early. Since one person was ahead of us for kitchen design, we weren't concerned about waiting our turn. But when we explained our needs, the agent seemed disinterested and distracted and did not have time to help us but stated that they would take our kitchen measurements and get back to us. They never did, and when we went back they didn't have our information. Needless to say, we went elsewhere where we were respected.

The cashier sent us to the back counter where it said customer service where two male clerks were looking busy but had not one customer in front of them and neither on the phone. We pulled up a seat at the counter and they both refused to look up at either of us and after waiting awkwardly for 15 minutes, we left. I think if they don't want to talk to customers or even acknowledge us with any greeting, they should find another job. Sad comments for the business because this was our third trip there and each time the lumber yard was fantastic helping us find our materials.

He helped me renovate a craftsman bungalow in Missoula that had been trashed by tenants. His bid for painting was less than half of what the property management company quoted. He replaced the front steps and the floor of the porch, replaced windows, replaced the roof and installed a patio in the backyard. He mitigated mold in a bathroom and saved me over a thousand dollars by providing information and instructions on how to have materials in the house tested for asbestos myself instead of having a contractor send in the samples. Every project that he took on was finished on time and on budget. One of the things I particularly appreciated was his excellent communication and quick response to any questions or requests. I will wait until Justin is available to do any more projects in Missoula or the surrounding areas. He is consistently conscientious, honest and dependable.
