The entire process went like a well oiled machine. Arlindo the installer was polite, professional, on-time, communicated clearly throughout the process and was done in a flash and did I mention how much I love these shades? I got the top down/bottom up no cords kind and can't stop maneuvering them! Very happy, Definitely recommend, though it's a little pricey, because it definitely adds value to my home. And they have a lifetime guarantee. Lifetime!

My recommendation is to stay very clear of this company and from doing any business with them…read more The drapes were to be custom made, I guess by custom, they just adjust the length. The sales people are not trained well and sold us drapery which look like someone took a sheet and pinned it with clips attached to rings. I tried many time to resolve this , the response was I needed to spend more money for an upgrade. The drapery panel kept coming off the clips because they used an inexpensive rod which was telescopic and the drapes could not pass over the rod effectively. Do not recommend.

He measured the windows and told me he'd provide me with a quote the following day. I got the promised quote (very reasonable) the next day and decided to proceed with the project. Rich and his coworker again arrived at the promised time and the install was so quick! I'm in love with my new shades. I was excited to move forward with Sunburst Shutters because I had heard good things about the…read morequality of their product and I wanted to support a company that manufactures its shutters in the USA. Unfortunately, my experience with the sales process and pricing was very disappointing. I received a quote that was significantly higher than expected and much higher than what others have paid for comparable installations within a few months from when I received my quote. I provided information about a friend who recently had Sunburst shutters installed for several windows at a much lower total cost, hoping the company would work with me to find a reasonable solution. I made it clear that I liked the product and was ready to purchase, but the pricing made it impossible to justify moving forward. I was also disappointed with the advertised "25% off" promotion. The way it was presented gave the impression that customers would receive 25% off their purchase, but I later learned there were significant requirements and a very high spending threshold needed to actually receive that discount. That felt misleading and was frustrating as a customer trying to understand the true cost. The quality of the shutters may be good, but the overall buying experience, lack of transparency with pricing, and limited willingness to work with a serious customer left me disappointed.

We wanted to replace our older glass shower door and received three quotes from local suppliers…read more Pioneer Glass was prompt, patient and professional. They provided a schematic of how the door would look, and an easy to understand and competitively priced project proposal. The proposal also detailed several options we were considering, including 1/2" glass. We opted to move forward with Pioneer, they estimated it would take approximately three weeks to order our custom door. Just under three weeks later, our door arrived and was installed a few days later. There were no issues, the measurements were correct, door looked great and worked perfectly and swings easily, all 90 pounds of glass. And the 1/2" glass gives the shower a high-end look and feel. We'd be delighted to work with them again on our next glass related project.

The maintenance supervisor for the facility had been soliciting replacement prices for awhile, nothing affordable came in. He mentioned to me the need to replace several windows, I suggested Pioneer. The windows are beautiful, the price was more than fair, and the installation was completed without a hitch. Jake and the crew at Pioneer are a great team, and do exactly what they promise.

Good News! My order #15540502, 06/2026 arrived on time…read more (actually early) Every blind fit perfectly. The order of woven wood shades met with high approval, (wife). The installation went well. As a seasoned installer, my only suggestion is for the roller blind bracket "wing nut". The roller bar has a very tight space to start the threading of the nut. Persistence works well. So, if the wing nut had only "one" longer wing, It would be a "one finger" install. So, go to the hardware store and buy one and bench test it on an actual roller blind. - Thank you, Stephen Place -508-326-5457
