I was there for a UTI, which mine almost turned deadly, thanks to those f---s! They left me on a stretcher for about 6-hours, laying in my own urine. I received no medication, no pain killers, NOTHING. Because I didn't get my meds, I stayed up for 24 hours. Towards the end of being on the lower level, I could hear the Nurses laughing at me, saying, "I'm not changing him! They can do it upstairs." I was able to walk a few feet down to the breast center and they were nice enough to fit me in for a same day appointment for my mammogram. The front desk staff were so funny, congenial, and really lightened a day that could have turned stressful and heavy. The offices are clean and well lit. It is a LARGE space and could be perceived as overwhelming by some. There are several Vanderbilt specialities housed in this mall-type complex. There are several open waiting areas. A vending machine area with snacks, drinks, microwaveable foods, and microwave meals. Parking is a little hectic, but I didn't have much trouble finding a space. If you have more than one appointment, it is situated in a shopping center with several stores, and are near several restaurants and antique stores.
