for anyone reading reviews I thought I would write one for this outfit as there are too many fake reviewers writing fake reviews to hurt good companies. Its all very simple, I saw the advertisements on social media and made contact. The price seemed reasonable and to be sure I rang a few others. The others were 2-3 000 dollars more and all quoted 6-10 week lead times. Shade Solutions had the size and colour I wanted in stock. Because it was from stock they happily accepted $100 as a deposit. The installers made contact the next day and the installation happened within a week. In all it could not have been a smoother process. From my first contact with the salesman (pure gentleman) no pushy tactics, to the installation contractor who contacted me straight away to arrange a good time to get the awning installed. I did my homework and found Shade Solutions through a recommendation I got from a neighbour. They came with a mobile showroom and showed me exactly what to expect from a motorised awning. The price was really great after I rang around and found out that Shade Solutions price was very good. After having a pool and deck done in our house in Greenvale we saw a motorised awning on Instagram, Shade Solutions was the only company with a mobile van to show us the awning.
