The outcome was the worst job I have ever seen in my life , poor work , in a hurry , back door not fitted correctly . large holes left in plaster work . In short , so bad , that the fitters were all given their marching orders ! Apparently they had provided poor work in other peoples homes also. So after sending out fitters with questionable ability and expertise ,who left my home in a terrible state they did not even sort the mess out , they did promise to send someone out but after waiting several days ended up having get it done myself. I feel sick when I seen it , they also promised to come out after the job was finished to check the quality and address any problems before I would sign off for completing the payment . Instead they fitters got me to sign a form for what i thought was for paying them the cash for the job. The piece of paper was folded in 2 so I did not see the heading Satisfaction Note . Total Home N I used this to get the money from the finance company . Be careful of this company . Employees have left 5 Star Reviews on Google also .

General Consumer council have been informed over their poor trading and refusal to fix the problem that the clown that fitted the door caused, trading standards also been informed, here's a shocked I'm not the first complaint they've received about the poor ethics and standards that they sell. It only took six months to get it. 2. The roof had a massive leak destroying the plasterwork and soaking the new furniture we had bought. If I could find out how to do it, I could post a photo to show you the extent. 3. After their "fixing it", the roof sprung another leak. Smaller than the one before but this time they are ignoring our demands to have it fixed. 4. To date,they have refused to give me information on who supplied the bi fold doors. I wanted to contact them for information as to how the doors and frame should be installed. 5. They didn't fit a restrictor (needed to stop the door blowing in the wind or slamming). They actually screwed what I'm sure are doors stops, one into the frame the other into the door, to act as a restrictor - doesn't and couldn't work. Also an eyesore! 6. They are now not responding to any of my communications. I could go on with this but it would take me a very long time. Oh! I should have added that I got this done for my wife who had a laryngectomy and chemo/radiotherapy due to throat cancer. They were very much aware of this. The whole thing is now with my solicitor. All of the above can be proven. On the basis of the facts, I would strongly advise anyone to give this company a very wide berth. I'm forced to give a star rating to have this posted. I've been deeply disappointed by the lack of customer service and attitude towards my elderly…read moreparents. A cash deposit was taken then they didn't take any phone calls from them and the advertised premises didn't exist when they tried see them, causing my parents a lot of distress. The MD finally contacted them when I threatened legal action by email but has been rude, intimidating ( threatening to sue them if they cancel the order, even though the agreed time has elapsed, and insisting on my personal address) and unhelpful. It remains to be seen if the doors will ever be fitted but it has caused a great deal of anguish to a vulnerable couple. He Has even complained to my father about the "serious development" of me leaving reviews. What kind of a company complains to someone's elderly, sick father their daughter is leaving honest reviews? If their reputation can't withstand that it isn't much of a reputation. I'd recommend anyone does a thorough Google search before deciding to use them
