The job was to replace the old wooden latts and install a new membrane. It appears they just ran out of material and pretended the job was complete. Having discovered this and pointed it out, Terry assured us that his crew would return to resolve the issue. After numerous failures to turn up, I now suspect that Jesus will return before Terry. Such a disappointing experience and a betrayal of trust.

The shower basin separated from the floor, no more hot water, new shower unit falling off the wall and gas emptied from the towel radiator. I tried calling Terry and his crack team and guess what? Met with total silence, blue checks on WhatsApp and even more avoidance. I had all the patience in the world for about a month until I had to call in someone else. New repairman was shocked that I even spent 10k, let alone that the entire shower unit was installed incorrectly, presented a fire hazard, and that simple tiles needed to be sealed. Yet again, after all this, still nothing from Terry! IF YOU WANT TO BE ROBBED AND RECEIVE TERRIBLE WORK, THIS PLACE IS FOR YOU!
