The owners and their staff kept the drinks flowing and the hookah burning through the entire event. The Lounge is located right in the heart of the University City area in a strip mall so there is plenty of parking in the evening. The Tax and Tea lounge is much bigger than it looks outside, so there's lots of tables and seating for customers or events, and several large screen large television for the sports fans to watch the game or multiple games at once. The Tax and Tea Lounge is clean and well maintained, and the bathroom is immaculate! They do a great job keeping the bar area clean and well stocked with top shelf liquor. If you're looking for a spot to host a party or gathering, with a few table adjustments the Tax and Tea Lounge is the perfect spot to host almost any size event.

First of all, if you're reading this review because you know you're going to need to visit this office, go to the IRS website and schedule an appointment. Just find the "Contact Local Office" page on the site and you'll see a number to schedule an appointment. While you can wait to see someone and I don't think they can turn you away to talk to them, they WILL prioritize any and all taxpayers that have an appointment first. If your individual situation is complex, they may very well turn you away due to someone with an appointment coming in soon. It's just how it is now. All that being said, I DID arrive without an appointment (learn from my mistake). I had about a half-hour wait and a man named Mr. Faust helped me with my rather minor issue in a few minutes. These people are professionals, they will explain your situation in simple english and how to resolve if needed. The only way I could see anyone in this office being rude is if you initiate it. Also, if you're afraid of contacting the IRS because you know your in tax trouble, don't be. Take the first step to resolve any issues and you'll be treated with respect.
