I think a lot of your experience will depend on when you go and who you speak with. The men at the sweater bar were clearly a bit overwhelmed and kind of annoyed (with everyone not just American me) and they only had a handful of what I went in to see. But that was fine. Helped me naturally narrow down. The women in the fitting rooms (downstairs) were also a bit overwhelmed it seemed but far more pleasant, more like this is just want it is always like down stairs.
I was there in the evening on a Wednesday and it was VERY busy. I was surprised at how busy it was for a weekday close to close.
The store is beautiful. Truly stunning. I want to live there. I was surprised that there was no mens section in this location, though there is a children's section. A bit of home and full shoe, jewelry, and gifts section. Pups are welcome. The sittings rooms are small and have terrible lighting. Just said warning.
Yes I would go back, but I would look into a location with men's so my husband can shop as well.
