On our visit, the shop is empty, except myself and my daughter, no one is in the changing rooms. My daughter likes a pair of shorts and a top from the sales basket. The sales assistant states that clothes from this basket cannot be tried on first. Pourqoi?? There was no sign in the shop stating that this is the case. I believe the sales assistant just made up the rule on the spot because she took a disliking to us, for whatever twisted reason she had. How on earth can you buy clothes without seeing if they fit first? Had they fitted, my daughter would have bought these items plus a scarf. This is bad customer service, poor sales technique and no way to run a business. Very very poor and I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone
BTW This shop is not vintage, it sells new clothes read more
