My tires are oversized and I didn't have a spare that was the same size. Dustin arrived and took my tire, found a used one that was the same size at his shop, returned and put it on so I could get my trailer off the highway. He allowed me to keep my trailer at his shop and ordered two new tires that arrived first thing the next morning. I was so stressed out and Dustin got me back on the road so fast. The deputy called D&K Towing, and Adam arrived within 15 minutes! He quickly loaded our van and even followed us to make sure we got safely checked into a hotel. He gave us his cell phone number in case we needed anything. Later, when our insurance agent told us to retrieve all our belongings and remove the license plate, Adam made it incredibly easy. He helped to get our things and even removed the license plate for us when we couldn't. To top it off, he met us again on our way home--late on a Saturday night--to return the plate back to us. Adam went truly above and beyond to help us during a stressful time. We're so thankful for his kindness and professionalism!
