Where do I even begin? I should have trusted my instincts and waited for my regular nail tech instead of coming here. I paid $90 for a fill-in and gel polish on my toes (no I didn't get a pedicure) and the entire experience was disappointing from start to finish. The biggest issue was the acrylic color match. Instead of explaining that he didn't have a matching color, the technician repeatedly mixed and applied multiple acrylic shades, trying at least 8 different colors on my nails. The result was that almost every nail ended up looking like a slightly different shade. Had this been communicated upfront, I could have made an informed decision. I have so glow nails one hand and none on the other. The workmanship was also poor. The acrylic was sloppy around the sides and cuticle area, and within just 3 days my nails started lifting from the bottom, cracking, and popping off. It hasn't even been a full week, and several nails are already damaged. For $90, I expected professional work that would last longer than a few days. I have no interest in returning just to have someone continue experimenting on my nails. The photos speak for themselves. Very disappointing experience and a complete waste of money. Please don't let the bad reviews prevent you from coming here! I've been here twice so far and both experiences have been great. The first time, around Mother's Day weekend, I got a pedicure done and it lasted for over 2 months. The pedicure wasn't painful for me. I did have to wait a little longer than I wanted to, which was unfortunate, but once my pedicure started, it was completed neatly and timely. The second time was a few days ago, and I got a gel manicure with chrome. It took me about 40 minutes tops to get my nails done. The woman that did my nails was very sweet and the dog is adorable. read more

I went to get a gel fill and cut down last Sunday after church. I will say, this was one of the WORST experiences I have ever had. The older lady that did my nails was nothing short of rude. When she was filing my nails she was rounding them at the corners. This was AFTER I had already informed her that I liked my nails short and really square. As I reminded her, she replied (very rudely) that ,"I have been doing nails over 30 years!" Her co-worker laughed when she said it. She was soooo rough while filing my nails and had the drill on the absolute highest drill setting. I had to have her take breaks every once in a while because my nails were starting to hurt. After I was done, I paid her and never ONCE did she thank me for patronizing her business. As I got up, I put some hand sanitizer on my hands and my cuticles burned so bad from her cutting me with the drill. The lady who did my nails said that she's the owner's sister. I wish I could tell the owner about this lady, but I will unfortunately NEVER, EVER return there again. Oh, and not only are my nails breaking at the corners and at the ends, my polish chipped because they are using a cheap quality nail polish. If I could give a "0"...I would have. This place is an absolute joke. After a rough day, I wanted to try a salon close to home to try and relax. I read over the brochure with their prices to decide what kind of pedicure I wanted and if I wanted acrylics or regular manicure. I decided I'd save some money and do the mani/pedi spa bundle for $55 on my natural nails. Nothing additional, nothing fancy. It was the absolute worst pedicure I've ever had, and they OVER CHARGED ME! My $55 service cost me... are you ready... $110!!!!!!! What is in the picture is not worth $55 let alone $110. I didn't even have a chance to get my nails done.My appointment was canceled 10 minutes before which was the first appointment at 11:00 by text. I call only to get hung up on 2 times by the owner. I get there and not one customer is there. I checked my daughter and myself in. They take my daughter and take 3 walk ins before me. The dog hanging inside is peeing on the baskets of hand towels as I sit there and wait 1 hour and ten minutes to see the horrible job I paid 55 dollars for. First time here, and LAST. Waited 2 hours for a pedicure....they were busy at the mani bars, which I understood, but the guy who did my pedicure took 50+ minutes to do 1 girls toes. I had my color picked out, they said they were out. Okay-no biggie. BUT THAT HAPPENED 4 MORE TIMES. The guy doing my nails proceeded to roll his eyes and get annoyed with me then speak to his associates, I'm sure speaking badly of me. The guy doing my nails ALSO wouldn't take no as an answer when I told him I didn't want the color he picked out for me, until I told him NO, I DO NOT LIKE THAT. I picked out a different color when he reluctantly and with annoyance, gave me the options basket. Then he got annoyed, rushed through my nails, which showed in the final product. Polish all over my toes, on my calf (which I had to take off-he didn't even offer) and a girl left polish colors on my nails that I had to take off as well when she tried out colors on my nails. Plus I had to ask THREE times to have them change the water temperature because it was too hot, then the guy laughed and was like "ohhhh you like cold water huh" WILL NOT RETURN. NOT WORTH MY TIME OR MONEY. ($50) for some "luxury" nails. Oh-and the receptionist was cussing and listening to music LOUDLY while walking in and out and smoking right outside their place of business. I had an appointment at 12:30, currently still waiting and it is 1:30. Two people came in after us and when the lady finished someone's nails she took them instead. me and my 2 friends called and made an appointment for 12:30 we get there a little early and let them know we have an appointment. we pick our colors and sit down. then more people come in and say they have appointments as well but at 1 or 1:30 and they get seated right away while we are still waiting to be seat. 1:40 comes around and i finally get seated. the lady does a horrible job, gets acrylic all over my fingers and leaves it there for me to take off which is very hard and painful. she also didn't give me the length i wanted bc she said she was "saving me money" i knew the length would be more money and i was okay with that and let her know yet she still proceeded to give me short nails. then when she ask what shape i said coffin how much would that be she told me $5 so i said okay we will do that. and she does all the filing and stuff and starts painting my nails which is horrible and gets nail polish all over my skin. but i'm over it at this point and let it go. my friend sits down next at the same lady (all three of us had the same lady bc no one else would help us) she does horrible on my friends nails and gets polish all over her fingers and hands as well. my friend asked her to clean it up and she cleaned up a little bit but not all of it. my next friend goes and all is well til she asks for the design the lady tell her she can't do it unless she wants to pay extra for a specific polish or whatever so she just says never mind. my friend asked the lady to make a flame on her nail but instead she gives her a line which is off centered and looks horrible. we didn't get out of there til about 3:20 bc of them not taking us back to get started and letting people go in front of us. we go to pay and they charge all of us way to much. we asked on the phone when we were making an appointment how much a full set is they told us $29. but charged us $40 if that was the case me and my one friend should of only payed $34 not $40. my other friend got a fill which was only $25 but charged her $30 bc of the length. her nails and mine were the same length but they didn't charge me for length. and my one friend was actually suppose to pay $50 but they took $10 off for such a long wait. but all she got was a full set coffin nails and that's it. so it should of only been $33 not $50 or $40. then my friends mom went in to complain and she was being very nice but some guy who works there but wasn't there half the time was being very rude. they then said coffin was $10 not $5 but when i asked the lady she told me $5. so not only do they change prices outta no where the service is terrible. my friends mom told the guy how there was polish all over our hands and he said "doubt it" and we went up to him and showed him all the polish on our nails and he said "well you should of asked her to clean it up" MY FRIEND DID yet she didn't clean it up at all. this place has horrible service and are very rude. don't go here save yourself hours of wait and bad service and go somewhere else! read more
