Dropped laundry off around 8:30am and it was done by early afternoon. They take your phone number and call when it's ready, you pay when you pick up. I was heading back to my place after running around all morning and wanted to call to see if it was ready to save me another trip. When you call the main number, you have to speak your name so the call can be forwarded. This confused me the first two times, but finally I did it and held on. I was connected to the owner who was very nice and helpful. The number doesn't ring to the building. Fortunately he was on his way to the SLO location and said he would check when he got there. I was very close so decided to just go and only had to wait about 5 mins and it was ready. Lady who does it was very helpful and nice. They don't accept Apply Pay, but you can pay for the machines via an app if you are savvy with them. There are also machines to get money if not. It was wonderful to come home and get in dryer-warmed sweats to relax, not to mention having clean clothes for the rest of the trip. A good value, great service and easy parking in their lot.

My boots had gone through hell on an ambulance rig for the last year. I needed them polished and refreshed. After a day and a half he called me and let me know they were ready. When I came to pick them up it was quick and easy and my boots were unrecognizable. I'm not joking, these boots look 5x better than when I got them originally. I really couldn't believe it. The scuffs were gone, the leather rehydrated, all material was cleaned and looked so good. Outstanding service for an outstanding price. I will be back and referring people to him.
