The salesman James came to my place of employment to show me swatches (pro). Three weeks later he called to ask me what colors I'd chosen that day (con! and honestly my biggest issue). It was another 8 weeks of me calling and texting looking for updates (con...). I was given the run around and once my awning cover was finally installed, it wasn't the right color (big con). My husband's reaction "it just looks bleh". I was told if I wasn't happy, I could pay the cost of the fabric to replace it. It wasn't the right color... It's not even close to the swatch I'd chosen. It's unfortunate... It was an expensive (ugly) purchase that I'll now have to live with.

They installed shade sails incorrectly. They also lied about how deep they installed the poles. They agreed to install the poles at 3 ft deep but when I had them removed during the repair process, I found the poles were only installed 18 inches deep. The work they did looked terrible, functioned improperly, and put my family and property in danger. This company has wasted my time and money and caused a huge amount of unnecessary stress. Stay away from these scam artists. They have earned a terrible reputation in this city. They regularly delete their yelp and google review pages in an effort to avoid accountability.
