I found this place by accident when looking for the coffee shop next door. The shop is a little…read morejewel of pretty, quality fabrics- do not be fooled by the boring outer shell. They also have a workroom for classes with lots of sample quilts hanging on the walls. It has a pleasant ambiance with plenty of light and very helpful staff. I had to request help a couple times and they did their best to find suitable materials for my needs. Whenever I visit, I always notice the customer interactions, and it is reassuring to see the pleasantries and smiles on people's faces. It is a different experience than the chain stores! I also like the fact that they have a wide range of colors- toned down, nursery, wide back, batiks, civil war reproductions, moda, etc. Note, there is a gravel parking lot right next to the building that is easy to get in and out of (just be mindful of the traffic).
